THRIVE - 3 Month Program
Initial Investment of $1,000
During the 90-minute Wellness Vision session, we will engage in a comprehensive discussion regarding your current lifestyle, concerns, areas of success, personal strengths, and aspirations.
The program includes an initial 90-minute session followed by 11 weekly private coaching sessions lasting 30-45 minutes each, either over the phone or through Zoom. Our focus will be on your individual needs and strengths, as well as addressing any destructive thought patterns. We will also cover topics such as nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness, sleep, and any other areas of health and wellbeing you wish to improve. Throughout the program, you will build upon the habits established during previous sessions and receive action items to work on between sessions.
You will be held accountable to your goals and commitments and given the support and guidance you need to follow through.
As part of our program, you will be provided with a diverse range of resources to support your journey. These include handouts, podcasts, and book recommendations that are specifically curated for your individual goals. Additionally, I will provide you with personalized recipes and tailored suggestions to help you achieve the results you desire.
By the end of this program, you will have acquired the necessary skills and resources to effectively sustain the progress you have made and maintain your desired lifestyle changes. You will possess a range of valuable tools including self-awareness, positivity, self-efficacy, and resilience. These resources will support lasting transformation and ensure long-term success in your journey towards personal growth.
